This Illustrator tutorial will teach you how to distort the text.
Step 1
Type some text with the Type tool.
Step 2
Draw a path around the text using the Pen tool.
Step 3
Choose the text and the path and navigate to Object > Envelope Distort > Make with Top Object.
Now your text will take on the form of the jaggedy path.
